To register for the PHOTONICS PRAGUE 2017 in Prague, August 28 – 30, 2017, please complete on-line REGISTRATION FORM and pay the registration fee. Registering early will save you money, and also help us to organize things better!
The deadline for early registration is JUNE 21, 2017 and the late registration is AUGUST 23, 2017.

All types of Registration Fees include an attendance at the conference, conference package with printed program, refreshments during breaks, Welcome Dinner, use of conference facilities, and Proceedings of SPIE with selected papers available after the conference.
The Accompanying Person fees include refreshments during breaks, Welcome Dinner and assistance with individual cultural events requests. Attendance at the Photonics Prague 2017 scientific program and sessions is not covered.
Because of the various restaurants located in the congress centre/shopping mall lunches are not included in the registration fees.
Each registered author can present only one paper or poster. If there is more than one paper or poster to be presented by the author, the second paper requires an Additional Paper Fee paid at registration.
No presentation = No publication: If your paper is not presented, you will be marked as a no-show, and your manuscript will not be published.
Payment
Please note that all participants (except plenary speakers), including invited speakers, session chairs and committee members are asked to pay the registration fee if attend the scientific conference program part.
Payments can only be made in Czech Crowns (CZK) – at present time 1 EUR = 26,47 CZK:

Please make sure that the bank transfer is net of all bank charges and commissions made. Remaining charges will be requested upon your arrival when registering.
Confirmation / Invoice
Once you have completed this form, you will receive the confirmation by email.
In case of card payment, the scanned invoice corresponding to your payment (pdf document) will be attached. The original one can be sent upon the request (otherwise it will be given during the registration on site).
In case of bank transfer the scanned advance invoice corresponding to your payment (pdf document) will be sent to you upon the request. The invoice will be issued upon the receipt of the payment and sent attached the confirming email.
The invoice will state the VAT rate.

Cancellation Policy
The registration fee deducted of CZK 1500 will be refunded for all written cancellations sent to Action M Agency not later than AUGUST 1, 2017. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.
