Oral presentation
The oral presentation duration is 15 minutes. This time includes questions and answers. The meeting room will be equipped with screen and LCD projector (wide screen 16:9, resolution 1920×1080), PC computer with USB connection and the lapel microphone. The presentation should be in the Microsoft Power Point or PDF format. Wear the microphone before the start of your presentation. Record, please, your presentation before the start of the block of presentation (during a coffee break, lunch, etc.).
Poster presentation
The poster stands are 120 x 150 cm (width x height, inner area 115 cm x 145 cm portrait orientation). The recommended poster size is A0 portrait. We do not provide any template. Before your poster session the poster presenters are asked to place their poster to the numbered stand during the break (coffee or lunch). Remove your poster at the end of the poster session. Forgotten posters will be removed by organizers.
General information
Each registered author can present only one paper or poster. If there is more than one paper or poster to be presented by the author, the second paper requires an Additional Paper Fee paid at registration.
No presentation = No publication: If your paper is not presented, you will be marked as a no-show, and your manuscript will not be published.
